You can cancel an order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must be handled through our return process.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We process orders quickly, so delayed requests may not be accepted.
If cancellation is approved before shipping, a full refund is issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charge is applied if cancellation is approved before dispatch.
If the market price of a product has changed significantly since it was listed on our website, we will notify you via WhatsApp with the updated price before processing your order. You may accept the new price or cancel for a full refund — no questions asked. GamerKit Hub reserves the right to cancel any order if the supplier price has changed beyond the listed amount. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
