Not Eligible for Return

• • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
• • Items marked as "non-returnable"
• • Products with missing accessories or parts

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless the product has a manufacturing defect covered under extended warranty.

Inspection Process

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the item doesn't meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return and ship the item back to you at your expense.

Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs. For other returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
